This is a quick note of appreciation to your company for our recent installation.
I am a Wildwood resident, a emergency manager, husband and father. When our neighbors down the street had a break in we were needless to say concerned. On top of that concern we were getting ready to leave for a family vacation to Disney World. The friendly and professional sales staff, technicians and management were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. While on vacation a service person had to go into the house and subsequently didn’t get the front door completely closed. Later that day when Police were doing a vacation check they found the door wasn’t latched as they pushed on the door. They set off the alarm. IT WORKED! All checked out OK and with exception of some Police Officers with headaches all was fine.
The peace of mind that the system provides is wonderful. Thank you for providing such a great product. The fact that you are a family owned and locally operated company just makes us happier that we selected Butler Durrell.
