Butler Durrell Security will:
- Inspect your system annually and if repairs are needed, we do them for you. Parts and labor are included.
- Replace obsolete equipment with current models on a scheduled basis
– New control panel battery every 3 years
– Sensor batteries replaced on recommended schedule
– Software updates as needed
– Cellular transmitter repairs and updates
– Carbon monoxide detector replaced every 4 ½ years
– Smoke detector replaced every 10 years - Daily test of system
This program suits our customers who prefer to know their security system is working optimally and they don’t have to give it a second thought.
What is NOT Covered
• Damage from lightning, fire, floods (acts of God)
• Damage due to construction and any outside force such as abuse
• Any work needed for construction (remodels, home repairs, etc.)
